Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the Web, iOS, and Android versions of michimikke (the “Service”) provided by EISOL LLC (“we”). Please review these Terms and our Privacy Policy before using the Service.

1. The Service

The Service supports family outing discovery, conversation with the AI friend Michi, saving candidates, and weekend planning by using public place facts and reviewed official event information. The current Service has no user account, server sync, paid plan, free trial, or automatic renewal.

2. Check before an outing

Hours, prices, age limits, reservations, closures, event status, transport, safety, and other outing facts may change. Check the source shown by the Service and the facility or organizer's official information before leaving. Michi and Mikke support a family's decision and do not guarantee or declare operating status, safety, or suitability.

3. Children

Children should use the Service with a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian should review external websites, travel decisions, reservations, purchases, applications, and other actions.

4. Data on the device

“Want to go” items, weekend plans, and memories are stored locally by the browser or app. They may be lost after changing devices, clearing site or app data, uninstalling the app, or a device failure. Copy or share any plan you need to keep.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the Service to violate law or public order; infringe another person's rights, privacy, or safety; interfere with the Service through unauthorized access, excessive requests, or circumvention; misrepresent, impersonate, harass, or make unauthorized commercial use of the Service or its information; or infringe intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual property and sources

Rights in the Service name, characters, text, screens, and software belong to us or their lawful owners. Third-party map, place, and event information remains subject to its owner's rights and license terms. Do not remove displayed attribution or copyright notices.

7. External services

The Service may open facility, organizer, map-source, app-store, and other external services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

8. Changes and suspension

We may change or suspend all or part of the Service when reasonably needed for safety, maintenance, incidents, legal compliance, or improvement. We will try to post advance notice on this site when a change materially affects users.

9. Disclaimers and liability

We make reasonable efforts to review information and provide a stable Service, but do not guarantee that the Service or third-party information is always accurate, current, complete, or available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to direct damages that ordinarily arise in connection with the Service. This limit does not apply to willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the Service or applicable law changes. We will post material changes and their effective date on this page.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Japanese law governs these Terms. Except where applicable law provides otherwise, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes between you and us concerning the Service.
